Elderly pedestrians have always been the vulnerable group in traffic accidents. In view of this, the Road Safety Office of Traffic Kowloon West (T KW) invited celebrities Mr Bowie Wu and Ms Susan Tse to mount a road safety campaign “Bowie’s and Susan’s Road Safety Tips” with the assistance of the Senior Citizen Home Safety Association (SCHSA).

Mr Wu and Ms Tse recorded voice messages to remind the elderly to utilise crossing facilities and pay attention to the potential dangers of walking between vehicles. The messages were broadcast to the elderly users of “Care-on-Call Service” by SCHSA between June and July.
