Illegal parking causes serious obstruction and imminent danger to pedestrians and road users. Apart from issuing fixed penalty tickets, Tsuen Wan District (TWDIST) towed away 20 vehicles causing obstruction in July to ensure smooth traffic flow and safety of the public.
