Superintendent Tse Yan-leung from the Support and Security Division of the Information Systems Wing presented promotion letters to 14 officers on September 15, confirming their promotions to Chief Police Communications Officer (CPCO) and Senior Police Communications Officers (SPCOs).

Mr Ho Ka-fai has been promoted to CPCO. Promoted to SPCOs are Ms Wong Yin-ching, Ms Lau Kwan-ki, Ms Poon Nim-chi, Mr Wu Kwok-keung, Ms Ko Wing-yan, Ms Yeung Wing-kei, Ms Ng Ka-wing, Ms Tsang Hin-wai, Mr Mok Chung-wai, Ms Ng Wing-yin, Mr Lau Tze-lap, Ms Chun Bik-shan and Mr Pun Ka-kit.
