Former Commissioner Raymon Anning passed away in the United Kingdom on December 20, 2020. Mr Anning served as the Commissioner from 1985 to 1989. Commissioner Tang Ping-keung and officers of the Hong Kong Police Force were saddened by the passing of Mr Anning and expressed their deepest condolences to his family.
