Director of Management Services (DMS) Lam Hiu-tong inspected a passing-out parade of probationary inspectors and recruit police constables at the Hong Kong Police College on January 29.

Ms Lam expected the graduates to remain steadfast in their commitment to serving society, safeguard national security and uphold law and order with perseverance, courage and professionalism. She reminded the graduates to discharge their duties in accordance with the Force’s values, and adopt the “Remind, Engage and Advise to Desist” approach in supporting each other. She also encouraged the graduates to firmly uphold the spirit of “Serving Hong Kong with Honour, Duty and Loyalty”.
