Commissioner Tang Ping-keung, at the presentation ceremonies held at the Police Headquarters from April 21 to 22, presented CP’s Formation/Unit Commendations to a total of 74 Formations/Units in recognition of their outstanding contributions to Operation TIDERIDER.

On April 28, the Commissioner presented promotion letters to 17 officers. Mr John Carroll, Mr Chan Siu-ming, Mr Chan Tsz-leung, Mr Cheung Lap-ho, Mr Chow Chi-kwan, Mr Fang Chi-kin, Mr Ho Ming-yan, Mr Leung Wai-ki, Mr Swalikh Mohammed, Mr Po Chun-kuen, Mr Wong Yiu-sum, Mr Yeung Yuk-leung, Ms Chan Ka-yi, Ms Chung Lai-yee, Ms Poon Shui-ping, Ms Shiu Wan-yee and Ms Tam Pik-ling have been promoted to Senior Superintendent.
