Superintendent Tse Yan-leung (second right) of the Support and Security Division of the Information Systems Wing presented promotion letters to three officers on August 9. Ms Lau Yin-ping, Ms Kam Chui-chui and Mr Chung Lok-fung have been promoted to Senior Police Communications Officers.
