Commissioner Siu Chak-yee attaches great importance to internal communication. On August 15, he visited the Hung Hom Police Station to exchange views with officers of Task Force Sub-unit (TFSU) of Hung Hom Division (HHDIV).


The Commissioner expressed his appreciation to officers for their devotion to duty and discussed with them the challenges they faced when performing frontline duties. Apart from sharing his insights on community policing and strategies for garnering public support and confidence in the Force, the Commissioner also responded to officers’ questions regarding equipment, operational needs and welfare. In addition, the Commissioner shared his experience of serving as the Commander of TFSU of Mong Kok District. He also encouraged officers to continue to perform their duties with professionalism to maintain the positive image of the Force.


Officers appreciated the Commissioner’s visit and they were confident that they could live up to the Force’s motto of “Serving Hong Kong with Honour, Duty and Loyalty” under the Commissioner’s leadership.
