Between July 12 and August 31, the Police Public Relations Branch (PPRB) organised the Junior Police Call (JPC) Summer Camp 2021 at the Hong Kong Award for Young People Jockey Club Duke of Edinburgh Training Camp in Lam Tsuen, Tai Po, providing a total of 17 adventure training day camps for nearly 1 300 JPC members and student leaders.

With the theme of “Be a leader. Fight Crime Together”, this year’s summer camp aimed at helping youngsters achieve personal breakthroughs, build team spirit and equip themselves to be future leaders through diversified activities such as a fingerprint workshop, ropes course activities, fitness training and PH Race, etc. During the day camp on August 21, PPRB invited two contestants of the “STARS Academy” singing competition to participate in the activities and interact with youngsters. They also shared how they overcame challenges in the pursuit of their goals and encouraged youngsters to embrace challenges and strive forward.
