The Police Volleyball Club (PVC) held the Inter-Disciplined Services Men’s Volleyball Invitation Competition at the Police Sports and Recreation Club (PSRC) on October 3. The Correctional Services Department (CSD), the Customs and Excise Department, the Fire Services Department and the Immigration Department (ImmD) were invited to participate in the competition.


The ImmD captured the championship while the Police Team and the CSD secured the first and second runners-up respectively. The Secretary for Security Mr Tang Ping-keung, Chairperson of the PVC Tse Tsui-yan and representatives of other participating departments showed support to participants and presented trophies to the winning teams. The Secretary for Security encouraged all participants to maintain close liaison and good relationships with members from different disciplined services.


Police volleyball teams conduct training at PSRC from 7pm to 10pm every Thursday. Force members and their families interested in joining the training may email PVC at hkpvc.hkp@gmail.com. For more information, please visit the club’s website on the Police Intranet.
