Regional Commander of Hong Kong Island (HKI) Kwok Pak-chung presented Police Long Service Medals and Clasps, retirement souvenirs, Commanding Officer’s Commendations and HKI Region Best District Investigation Team Award 2020 to 142 police officers and civilian staff members at the Police Headquarters on November 8. He praised the officers for their outstanding performance and contribution to the Force and wished the retiring officers a happy retirement.
