The Hong Kong Police Review 2020 has been published. It puts on record the unstinting resolve with which different formations of the Force discharged their duties in the spirit of “Serving Hong Kong with Honour, Duty and Loyalty” in 2020.

The then Commissioner Tang Ping-keung said in the Foreword that the National Security Law (NSL) resolutely enacted by the Central Government became a turning point in Hong Kong’s transition from chaos to stability. Right after the NSL took effect, the Force set up a dedicated National Security Department on June 30 with the single-minded purpose of enforcing the law stringently. Government departments worked together proactively and, with broad support from the public, order returned to society. In addition, in line with the motto of “Serving Hong Kong”, the Force fully facilitated the anti-pandemic work of the Government to fight COVID-19 together with the public.

The electronic version of the Police Review has been uploaded to the Police Intranet (POINT) and the Police Public Page. A USB flash drive is also available.
