Secretary for the Civil Service (SCS) Mr Patrick Nip presented certificates to 101 civil servants with outstanding work performance at the SCS’s Commendation Award Presentation Ceremony 2021 on November 23. Twenty Force members were commended, making the Force the government department with the highest number of awardees.


Chief Executive Mrs Carrie Lam, Commissioner Siu Chak-yee and Assistant Commissioner (Personnel) Chan Man-tak attended the ceremony to share the joy with the awardees. The Force awardees included Senior Superintendent Cheung Yee-ling, Superintendents Pang Siu-chun, Tse Yan-leung and Lee Kwok-chung, Controller (Police Telecommunications) Chan Ka-shu, Station Sergeants Siu Sze-ming, Fan Ho-yin, Yeung Hok-yan, Law Chi-ming, Cheung Kit-wai, Li Yee-man, Yeung Chi-sang, Chow Yat-kit, Lee Tat-hung and Chan Kam-hung, Sergeants Fung Yin-ching, Chu Hak-yung and Leung Siu-hung, Personal Assistant Chan Lai-lai and Senior Clerical Officer Ko Wai-ling.


The SCS’s Commendation Award Scheme was introduced in 2004 to honour civil servants who have achieved outstanding performance for at least five consecutive years.
