The Peer Adviser Scheme held a Knowledge Café session on integrity management (IM) and prevention of complaints at the Police Headquarters on January 11. Chief Superintendent of the Complaints and Internal Investigations Branch Au Yeung Mun-yee was invited as a guest speaker to share her invaluable insights and experience, including the Force’s IM strategies, tips on prevention of complaints and supervisory responsibilities. She also led discussions and addressed different queries raised by participants.


The Knowledge Café provided an effective communication channel for participants to enhance their knowledge of IM and prevention of complaints through interactive means. The Peer Adviser Scheme will continue to organise seminars on different topics to promote continuous learning and cohesion among Force members with the aim of sharing knowledge and experience.
