The Police Football Club organised the Major Formation Football Competition Final cum Presentation Ceremony at the Police Sports and Recreation Club on December 17, 2021. Over 200 players from eight teams participated in a series of matches between October and December. Hong Kong Island (HKI) Region defeated New Territories South (NTS) Region by 2:0 in the final match and won the champion of the competition.

Chairperson of the Police Football Club cum Assistant Commissioner (Crime) Yip Wan-lung, Regional Commander of HKI Kwok Pak-chung and Regional Commander of NTS Mak Chin-ho attended the final match to cheer for the players and present awards. In his speech, Chairperson of the Police Football Club commended the players for their enthusiasm and commitment and encouraged them to continue participating in sports events to stay healthy.
