In response to the deteriorating epidemic situation in Hong Kong, the Composite Company, comprising 160 officers from the Police College, the Personnel Wing, the Service Quality Wing and the Information Systems Wing, has been mobilised since February 21 to provide assistance to relevant government departments and police districts in conducting “restriction-testing declaration” operations.

Commissioner Siu Chak-yee, Director of Management Services Lam Hiu-tong and Director of Personnel and Training Choi Chin-pang visited the Composite Company at the “restricted areas” and expressed their appreciation to officers for upholding the Force’s spirit of “Serving Hong Kong with Honour, Duty and Loyalty” in the fight against the epidemic.
