With the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the 2nd anniversary of the establishment of the National Security Department (NSD) of the Hong Kong Police Force (HKPF), NSD will launch its WeChat official account on August 1.

NSD will promote the awareness of national security among the public by disseminating information related to national security on its WeChat official account. In addition, reporting function is available on this account. Members of the public may provide information or report cases related to national security directly via NSD’s official account on WeChat.

From August 1 onward, members of the public can search “hkpf_nsd” on WeChat or scan the QR code to follow the NSD’s official account on WeChat and receive information related to national security.
