District Commander of Kowloon City District (KCDIST) Tsang Fan-kwok, together with Honorary Presidents and members of KCDIST Junior Police Call (JPC), attended the passing-out parade held at the Hong Kong Police College on July 9 to congratulate the passing-out of Habib Muhammad, a non-ethnic Chinese (NEC) member of Project Star Making.


Habib, a 20-year-old Pakistani born in Hong Kong, has determined to join the Force since his childhood. After passing the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination, he enrolled a course for Diploma Yi Jin in Disciplinary Forces and joined KCDIST JPC with active participation in its activities and voluntary work. Habib is the first member of the Project who has joined the Force. He has been posted to the Patrol Sub-unit of Hung Hom Division as a police constable since his passing out.
