Indonesia


Superintendent Nip Hoi-kwan led a 15-member delegation to visit the Indonesian National Police (INP) between September 4 and 8. The delegation was received by the head of the International Relations Division of INP and visited various policing units and Peacekeeping Headquarters during the five-day training tour. The delegates shared experience with the local law enforcement agents on recruitment, anti-deception, use of technology and frontline support etc.


Australia


Superintendents Cheng Chun-kit and Ho Yui-kuen, Chief Inspectors Chow Tsz-tung and Li Ka-yan, and Senior Inspectors Kong Ning and Cheung Lam-yan attended respectively the programmes on executive development strategy, Graduate Certificate in Applied Management (Policing and Emergency Services) and public safety leadership organised by the Australian Institute of Police Management in Manly, Australia in the past few months. The officers shared management experience with other elite representatives from the law enforcement agencies, intelligence agencies and regulatory bodies of Australia.


Upon conclusion of the programmes, Cheng Chun-kit, Ho Yui-kuen, Chow Tsz-tung and Li Ka-yan were arranged to visit different departments of the Australian Federal Police in Canberra and Perth respectively, discussing and exchanging views on different policing issues with local officers.


Saudi Arabia


Senior Inspectors Lo Man-chun and Lam Pik-ka attended the Cybersecurity Incident Responder Training Programme organised by the Naif Arab University for Security Sciences in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The officers were trained intensively on cybercrime, digital evidence, network forensics, mobile device forensics and intrusion analysis, and exchanged cybercrime investigation experience with the local trainees.
