To facilitate people in need, Support Wing has rolled out the Priority Seat Scheme in report rooms and police offices providing public services since December 1, 2023, designing a Priority Seat cover for reserving seats to give priority to four types of people in need, namely seniors aged 65 or above, persons with reduced mobility, persons carrying an infant and pregnant women.

In addition, Support Wing advises Formations to flexibly designate an appropriate number of Priority Seats to ensure that people in need can use the caring facility, and take this as a means to enhance the quality of police services.
