Regional Commander of Kowloon West (KW) Rupert Dover (eighth right, front row) presented retirement souvenirs, Clasps, Police Long Service Medals, Long and Meritorious Service Insignia for Traffic Warden and Commanding Officer’s Commendations to 128 officers, including police officers and civilian staff members, at the KW Presentation Ceremony on November 24, 2023 to commend the officers for their exemplary services and excellent contributions to the Force. He reminded officers to uphold the Force’s values and encouraged them to face the upcoming challenges while bearing in mind the reasons for joining the Force.
