Regional Commander of Hong Kong Island (HKI) Kwok Ka-chuen (centre, front row) presented Police Long Service Medals and Clasps, Long and Meritorious Service Certificates for Civilian Staff, retirement souvenirs, Commanding Officer’s Commendations and Best District Investigation Team Awards 2022 to 117 officers and civilian staff members at a presentation ceremony held at the Police Officers’ Club on October 18, 2023 to commend the recipients for their exemplary services and contributions to the Force.
