Chief Superintendent of Complaints and Internal Investigations Branch Au Yeung Mun-yee led a 13-member delegation of Service Quality Wing (SQW) to visit the Singapore Police Force (SPF) between January 15 and 19 to have an exchange with the local officers on service quality management and internal integrity governance.

The delegation visited a variety of departments as well as the Found and Unclaimed Property Office, which was newly established for centralising the handling of all found properties through an automated system operated by an outsourced company. The exchange was highly enlightening, with SPF officers sharing their robust internal governance, their internal investigation and discipline actions, as well as utilising technologies to optimise frontline police resources whilst ensuring service quality. During the visit to the Ang Mo Kio Division, the local officers introduced various e-services and demonstrated how to operate e-lockers for self-help exhibit storage and the Found Property Drop Box.
