Commandant of Hong Kong Auxiliary Police Force (HKAPF) Yang Joe-tsi presented promotion letters to two auxiliary members at the HKAPF Headquarters on February 21. Chu Ka-chung has been promoted to Chief Superintendent (Auxiliary) and Cheng Wing-cheong has been promoted to Senior Superintendent (Auxiliary).
