Commandant of the Hong Kong Auxiliary Police Force (HKAPF) Yang Joe-tsi (second left) presented promotion letters to three auxiliary members at the HKAPF Headquarters on March 18. Ms Wong Joling, Mr Chan Sheung-yin and Mr To Kwok-leung have been promoted to Superintendent (Auxiliary).
