Sergeants Kwok Ka-chun, Fung Ka-lok, Chu Chi-wai and Ng Hin-chun travelled to Sydney, Australia, from March 3 to 7 to attend a training programme on “Frontline: Developing Future Leaders”, organised by the Australian Institute of Police Management. The programme brought together 44 officers from various emergency and law enforcement agencies across Australia.

This programme, designed for team leaders and supervisors, aimed at enhancing participants’ leadership skills. Through interactive discussions, officers explored leadership qualities and their application in real-world challenges, and had an opportunity to exchange management insights with their overseas counterparts from different backgrounds.
