In collaboration with National Security Department (NSD), Service Quality Wing (SQW) and Police Filming Club, Police Handicraft Club (PHC) joined the 2025 Hong Kong Flower Show held in Victoria Park between March 18 and 23.
On March 18, two workshops aimed at strengthening participants’ cultural confidence and national identity were arranged by PHC and SQW. About 20 police officers created floral displays with golden bamboo and orchid under the guidance of veteran florists to highlight the fifth anniversary of the establishment of NSD and “Ecological Security” under the holistic approach to national security.
In the afternoon on the same day, Director of National Security Kong Hok-lai and Assistant Commissioner (National Security) (2) Wong Chung-chun distributed plantable seed papers to the public to promote the message of “National Security, A Mission We Share”. Police Filming Club professionally took photos and made videos to capture the moments.
