The Best Duty Officer (DO) Teams 2024, a selection activity initiated by Operations Department and supported by the Police Staff Motivation Scheme, was held for the first time across all five land Regions. Initially, each Region selected the top-performing DO teams from its Districts and the Regional Best DO Team was then selected among these outstanding teams.

The activity aimed to motivate report room staff in their pursuit of service excellence while recognising their exceptional performance. To honour the significance of this competition, the five Regional Best DO Teams were awarded with the certificates signed by the Commissioner as a token of appreciation. The competition will continue for encouraging all officers to strive for excellence in their services.
