Information Systems Wing (ISW) was invited to join the HKI Channel officer training organised by Hong Kong Island (HKI) on March 17. Officers of the Digital Policing Services Bureau introduced the new features of the Case Management and Investigation System, the internal AI chatbot “iQ” and the latest IT projects of the Force to be introduced in the National Games through the IT Outreach Programme. Officers also explained the IT development blueprint, including AI, the application of big data, cloud technology etc. and ways to enhance the efficiency, cost effectiveness and manpower deployment of the Force.

Frontline officers responded enthusiastically. Through the IT Outreach Programme, ISW will continue to maintain close liaison with frontline units proactively and foster the advancement of digital policing.
