In 2025, Service Quality Wing (SQW) and Hong Kong International Academy Against Corruption (HKIAAC) of Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) kicked off collaboration on sharing practices and experiences on integrity governance with overseas partners. Both parties attended the Anti-Corruption Capacity Building Programme hosted in Bangkok by Thailand’s Public Sector Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC) from May 26 to 28, marking the first collaboration milestone.
In addition to the Force and ICAC, the programme host invited representatives from United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) to share experiences in enhancing integrity education and governance, and combatting corruption and misconduct. The programme attracted attendance of over 150 participants, including Royal Thai Police officers, anti-corruption investigators and prosecutors.
Superintendent Ho Shun-wing and Chief Inspector Leung Siu-kong from the Complaint and Internal Investigations Branch (C&IIB) shared the Force’s commitment and strategic framework in maintaining a high level of integrity in the Force and highlighted the initiatives of integrity management. The sharing led to vibrant exchanges with Thai participants.
