To further refine the Force’s disciplinary management mechanism and strengthen the communication with frontline Formation Discipline Officers (FmDOs), the Conditions of Service and Discipline (CS&D) Branch organised a series of Regional Discipline Roundtable on June 18, 19 and July 17 at the Kowloon East Regional Headquarters, Police Headquarters, and New Territories South Regional Headquarters respectively.

These events brought together FmDOs from regions and districts to delve into current disciplinary management issues through face-to-face exchanges, including investigating officers committing repeated and multiple offences, supervisory accountability studies and handling sub-standard civilians. Positive feedback was received from participating officers.
