A total of 32 Junior Police Call (JPC) members of Border District (BORDIST) travelled to Xi’an to participate in the “Xi'an Incident Historical and Cultural Study Tour 2025” from July 30 to August 3. The Chairman of BORDIST JPC Honorary President Council Mr Lee Koon-hung, together with four Honorary Presidents, also joined the tour.

The tour featured a rich and diverse itinerary, including visits to the Emperor Qinshihuang's Mausoleum Site Museum, the site of Xi’an Incident, the Eighth Route Army Xi’an Office Memorial Hall and the Shaanxi History Museum. Through these visits, JPC members gained a deeper understanding of the Xi’an Incident as well as national history and culture. In addition, the group toured the Shaanxi Automobile Industrial Park to learn about the nation’s advanced industrial development.
