Director of the Police College (College) Chan Yee-lai (centre, back row) officiated at the presentation ceremony held on October 15 to present Police Long Service Medals and Clasps, Commanding Officer’s Commendations and College Best Instructor Award 2025 to 73 disciplined officers and civilian staff in recognition of their exemplary performance and contributions to the Force.

The College Best Instructor Award was introduced in 2024 to honour instructors who excelled in teaching, programme design and knowledge transfer. It also aimed at inspiring instructors to enhance teaching quality and promote innovative curriculum design. A total of 17 instructors received the honour this year in recognition of their exceptional performance.
