The Anti-Crime Elite Games, jointly organised by the Commercial Crime Bureau, the Cyber Security and Technology Crime Bureau, the Financial Intelligence and Investigation Bureau, the Narcotics Bureau, and the Family Conflict and Sexual Violence Policy Unit, was held on October 18 and 19 at the West Kowloon Cultural District for the first time. The event aimed to disseminate anti-drugs and child protection messages through an educational and entertaining approach, while reminding the public to stay vigilant against scams, money laundering, and online traps.

Speaking at the kick-off ceremony, Commissioner Chow Yat-ming stated that given the complex and ever-changing crime landscape, collaborative efforts from all stakeholders are required to effectively prevent and combat crime, as well as to safeguard the growth of young people. He also expressed sincere gratitude to community leaders from the Hong Kong Shine Tak Foundation and the Leadership Institute on Narcotics (L.I.O.N.) for their support to the Anti-Crime Elite Games, as well as the participation of various public and private organisations and schools, that contributed to the building of a safer community and safeguarding the next generation of Hong Kong.

In line with the theme of the 15th National Games, the two-day carnival featured a large inflatable playground and several sports-themed game booths. It also showcased a variety of performances including demonstrations by Hong Kong elite athletes, Police Pipe Band parades, demonstrations by the Police Dog Unit, as well as music, dancing and magic shows. The event attracted nearly 20 000 members of the public.
