At the invitation of the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department, Commandant of the Police Tactical Unit (PTU) Headquarters Mok Hing-wing delivered lectures at the Training Program for Newly Appointed Police Practical Instructors on October 28. Using the Hong Kong PTU as an example, the lectures outlined approaches to enhance the practicality of instructor trainings and courses. Participating officers came from places including Guangdong, Guangxi, Tibet and Xinjiang. They actively engaged in discussions, deepening exchanges on police training. The Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department also hoped to draw on the experience of the Force to strengthen its professional competence.
