The Constitution Day exhibition
The National Security Department (NSD) staged an exhibition on the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China (Constitution) and national security at the Hong Kong Museum of History and the Hong Kong Heritage Museum from December 4 to 8 to enable the public to further understand the Constitution and the importance of national security. Attendees received an exclusive coaster and a 2026 NSD mini desk calendar after participating in the interactive games of the exhibition. The exhibition attracted over 3 000 visitors and a total of 3 500 coasters and mini desk calendars were distributed.
In addition, NSD held an online Constitution quiz on a newspaper and Facebook earlier. The first 124 participants with highest scores also received the NSD desk calendar.
“Defending Our Home for Voyages Beyond” commemorative booklet
NSD published a commemorative booklet entitled “Defending Our Home for Voyages Beyond” which documents the important milestones in safeguarding national security over the past five years since its establishment. The commemorative booklet is available in both printed and electronic versions. The eight chapters mark the key work of NSD chronologically and the collective efforts of various units of the Force in raising the national security awareness in the community, safeguarding Hong Kong’s high-quality development as well as social prosperity and stability.
National Security Marketing Proposal Competition
NSD launched the NStudio Marketing Proposal Competition since this month. The event offers fabulous prizes, as well as opportunities to participate in themed workshops on marketing, short video production, and public speaking skills.
