The Investor and Financial Education Council (IFEC) hosted the Investor and Financial Education Award (IFEA) 2025 Presentation Ceremony cum Investment Game Launch Ceremony on March 10, with Commissioner Chow Yat-ming officiating at the event. Launched by the Staff Relations Group (SRG), Project “iWealth+” (Project) was honoured with the IFEA (Public/Professional Body and NGO) Bronze Award.
The Project stood out among over 80 participating organisations and schools, demonstrating that the Force’s efforts in enhancing investor and financial education were widely recognised.
Since its launch in July 2023, the Project aims to improve financial knowledge and promote prudent money management among police personnel and their families. In the financial year 2025-26, the Project organised a total of 63 seminars, 11 visits to the IFEC FinEd Hub and two interactive workshops. Around 4 500 officers and Recruit Police Constables participated in these events. Additionally, four live forums were broadcast on P-TV, with over 4 300 views.
Moving forward, the SRG will organise a broader range of financial education activities and introduce new elements to the Project, with a view to fostering a culture of financial resilience and prudent money management within the Force.
