Representatives from the HKMA, the SFC, the HKEX and the Department of Justice (DoJ) also shared their experiences as guest speakers, among which Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions of the DoJ Mr Chau Tin-hang even discussed the prosecution of various kinds of commercial fraud with the participants.

The CCB aimed to enhance officers’ capabilities in analysing and investigating related offences by inviting law enforcement officers undertaking commercial crime investigation and local regulators to participate in the course.
