The Force once again received the Global and Hong Kong Most Innovative Knowledge Enterprise (MIKE) Awards 2025, which demonstrated the excellent performance of the Force in Knowledge Management (KM).
On March 20, Chief Inspector of Research Centre of the Police College (College) Chan Shun-wei led three officers to Bangkok, Thailand to attend the Knowledge and Innovation Management Practices and Collaborative Transformation (KIMPACT) Forum 2026. During the Forum, the delegation received the Global MIKE Award 2025, and engaged in exchanges with KM experts and practitioners around the world.
Apart from that, Managing Director of the Institute of Knowledge and Innovation Southeast Asia of Bangkok University Professor Vincent Ribiere and Honorary College Advisor Professor Tsui Yue-hong led a 13-member delegation and visited the College on March 5 for a KM exchange session. Officers of the College shared the experience in implementing the Force KM initiatives, while the delegation shared scholarly insights on fostering a KM culture in large organisations.
