Assistant Commissioner (Personnel) Dr Law Yuet-wing led a seven-member delegation to visit the Singapore Police Force (SPF) between March 23 and 25 for an exchange on personnel and welfare services, as well as disciplinary matters.

During the visit, SPF explained their disciplinary mechanism to the delegation. The delegation also shared the current measures of the Force. Both sides subsequently held discussions on enhancing staff relations and well-being, adopting innovative approaches to attract and retain talent, and refining internal communication frameworks. The delegation also visited the Woodleigh Neighbourhood Police Centre and experienced how SPF leverages innovative technologies to enhance work efficiency.

The visit helped the Force and SPF to share practical experiences and facilitate the close cooperation between the two sides.
