To welcome the National Security Education Day and echo with the green development blueprint and ecological security in the 15th Five-Year Plan, the National Security Department set up a booth featuring “National Security Express – Victoria Park Station” at the Hong Kong Flower Show 2026 between March 20 and 29.
The booth offered national security-related information and NSmart NS Quiz. Terrarium DIY workshops were held during weekends to raise the public awareness of safeguarding ecological security. Director of National Security Kong Hok-lai, Assistant Commissioner (National Security) (2) Kwok Ka-chuen, and Chairperson of Police Handicraft Club (PHC) Tsui Sheung-yee participated in the workshop with the principal and students of TWGHs Ko Ho Ning Memorial Primary School on March 24.
In addition, with the support of Public Relations Wing and Service Quality Wing, a floral display of “the Little Grape on NS Express” created by PHC was displayed inside the floral marquee between March 24 and 29.
