The first stop of this year’s Good Citizens Award (GCA) Roving Exhibition was held at New Town Plaza, Sha Tin from May 5 to 11. The theme of the exhibition was “Good Citizen • A Flash Moment • Be United”, symbolising that many acts of bravery and good deeds can happen in an instant.
In addition to themed photo spots, the exhibition featured the GCA Corridor of Memories, allowing visitors to learn more about the GCA Scheme. Moreover, there were game booths, pinball machines and a claw machine at the exhibition. Anti-scam mascot “The Little Grape” even made a special appearance for a flash mob activity on Mother’s Day (May 10) and interacted with the public. Participants who completed the time-limited mystery tasks during the activity could receive the newly released “The Little Grape” Animation Picture Book.
The exhibition received an enthusiastic response and attracted over 6 000 visitors. Participants expressed that the exhibition helped them better understand the GCA Scheme and they were willing to promote the spirit of good citizenship. The next exhibition will take place from September 1 to 6 at MOKO. Please stay tuned.
