Superintendent Fung Pui-kei and Senior Inspector Choy Kiu-fai of the Commercial Crime Bureau (CCB) attended the
"2026 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/Anti-Financial Crime Annual Conference" organised by the Macau AML Specialists Association on April 25 in Macao.
During the conference, the CCB representatives presented the latest trends in online scams and investment fraud to the Macao police and the AML industry. They also talked about the crime-fighting collaborative mechanism between the Force and the local banking sector. Furthermore, attendees exchanged views on risk prevention and control of cross-boundary financial crimes, as well as the flow of criminal funds amid a complex geopolitical landscape.
The conference not only enabled the Force to exchange practical experiences with the Macao law enforcement agency and the AML industry, but also helped consolidate mutual relations and promote cross-boundary cooperation.
