The Hong Kong Award for Young People (HKAYP) Silver Award Presentation Ceremony 2026 was held on May 7, with the Chief Secretary for Administration Mr Chan Kwok-ki as the officiating guest. Chief Superintendent of the Public Relations Wing Lam Sze-wan was also invited to attend the event, witnessing and celebrating the achievements of the
award-winning Junior Police Call (JPC) members and volunteer instructors.

This year, a total of 109 JPC members from the Hong Kong Police Operating Authority (HKPOA) received the Silver Award certificates in recognition of their performance in the scheme. Additionally, nine individuals were presented with Certificates of Appreciation for Three Year of Service in acknowledgment of their continued contributions to youth development. The recipients included HKPOA volunteer instructors and teachers, as well as officers from District Police Community Relations Offices.
