Regional Commander of Kowloon East (KE) Tse Tsui-yan (front row, centre) officiated at the presentation ceremony on June 9, and presented Police Long Service Medals, Clasps, retirement souvenirs and Commanding Officer’s Commendations to over 140 police officers and civilian staff in recognition of their outstanding performance and contributions to the Force.
