Through its proactive recruitment strategies, including the launch of the “HKPF Recruit” mobile application and the “Community Outreach Recruitment Express”, the Recruitment Division (RECDIV) under the Personnel Wing won the “Best Use of Recruitment Technology Tools - Gold” and the “Best Talent Sourcing and Attraction Strategy - Silver” at the Employee Experience Awards 2026.

Superintendent Chow Tsz-tung and Chief Inspector Chan Tsz-wai of RECDIV received the awards on behalf of the Force at the ceremony on June 26. These awards demonstrate the recognition from the organiser and the panel of judges of the Force’s outstanding human resources management strategies. The Force will continue striving to improve the efficiency of human resources (HR) management and proactively adopt innovative recruitment strategies.
