On July 27, the Staff Relations Group (SRG) conducted induction training for 155 newly appointed Junior Police Officers’ Association (JPOA) Executive Committee members and unit representatives. The training aimed to enhance their understanding of the Force’s key policies and fringe benefits.

Assistant Commissioner (Personnel) Dr Law Yuet-wing delivered a speech expressing support for JPOA’s work and gratitude to all representatives for their dedication. He also hoped that the JPOA would continue to act as a communication bridge to boost staff morale and improve working conditions.

During the event, officers from various units of the Personnel Wing briefed JPOA representatives on the latest policies and information, covering areas such as service conditions, welfare, discipline, and quarters. In the interactive session, JPOA representatives and the speakers exchanged their experiences in handling different cases, demonstrating the close relationship between management and staff.
