Senior Superintendent of the Commercial Crime Bureau (CCB) Kung Hing-fun attended the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners Asia-Pacific Conference 2026 on August 19 as a keynote speaker. Through interactive discussions, she analysed the latest fraud trends and crime patterns with anti-commercial fraud practitioners from the Asia-Pacific region, and shared real cases to dissect the tactics employed by fraudsters, thereby enhancing the industry’s anti-fraud capabilities.

The conference was co-organised by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners - Hong Kong Chapter, aiming to bring together anti-fraud experts from across the Asia-Pacific region to exchange views on fraud prevention and investigation strategies. Over 300 seasoned anti-fraud professionals, including Certified Fraud Examiners, corporate risk management personnel, judicial investigators, lawyers and accountants, participated in person or online. The conference fully demonstrated the determination of cross-sector collaboration and public-private partnerships in combatting commercial crime.
