Organised by the Regional Crime Prevention Office of Kowloon East (KE) in collaboration with the KE Happy Teen Committee, “Project Light-up” held two themed events in August to help teenagers build confidence and broaden their horizons.

Pickleball Experience Day

The Pickleball Experience Day was held on August 7 at Pok Oi Hospital 80th Anniversary Tang Ying Hei College. Around 50 participants learnt racket-swinging and footwork techniques under the guidance of professional coaches, and experienced the joy of sports.

Water Sports Fun Day

The Water Sports Fun Day was held on August 28 at Pak Sha Wan Tam Wah Ching Sea Activity Centre in Sai Kung. Around 50 participants experienced activities such as canoeing, stand-up paddling and bamboo raft making, and completed challenges through teamwork.
