The six Regional Crime Prevention Offices, together with the Cyber Security and Technology Crime Bureau and the Crime Prevention Bureau, set up a “Little Grape Customer Service Station” themed booth at the “Hong Kong Holiday & Travel Expo 2026 Autumn” from September 25 to 27 to enhance public awareness of scams through interactive briefings and booth games.
During the event, officers acted as “Little Grape customer service representatives”, shared anti-scam tips and promoted the “Anti-deception Master Challenge” organised by New Territories North to the public. Officers also demonstrated how to activate anti-nuisance settings on mobile phones to help reduce the number of phishing messages and unsolicited calls. Meanwhile, the anti-scam mascot “The Little Grape” came on September 26, and joined other expo mascots to interact with members of the public, attracting them to take part in the anti-scam publicity campaign.
